We recently purchased a 2017 Edge Titanium and love everything about it. This is our third new vehicle that we have purchased from them. Our vehicles are all serviced by Park Motors. Their service is top notch and love the response we get from Ben and Rick. Our new vehicles sales were handled by Mike Johnson who recently retired. On delivery what was really appreciated was Paul Kloeckner went through and explained in detail and set up our Voice-activated Ford SYNC system. Any questions they are right there to help and assist in any way they can. We will never forget when we purchase a new car from one of Park Motor's competitors the sales person said we would have to read the manuals, the navigation, blue tooth etc. was to complicated for him.
Fairmont Ford was extremely helpful when Garrett and I purchased our 2015 F-150 truck. Gregg was great to work with as his quality service goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. Lori was also very helpful and detailed with the financing. All of the Kloeckner boys were very helpful with everything they did and they always have a smile on their face. Kyle Flohrs is the most AMAZING gentleman to work with. In the past several months I have rented a vehicle multiple times and Kyle has always gone above and beyond for me with rides to pick up a car or drop off, making sure that the vehicle is awesome, checking in with me, and is always so sweet and happy to be help!!!!
