FIRST of all, HORRIBLE customer service. If you didn't want the call then you should have turned it down, not made me feel bad for needing help.

Now on me.....I am a single PREGNANT woman who just bought a house and moved out to almost the middle of nowhere where I know no one. I very happily moved, but I am still getting established. Shortly after I moved, I found out about my pregnancy.

My mother's car would not start and call Richard's. $200.00 later tow and new battery did not start next day. $300.00 more and it was an electrical problem. But the battery was 6 years old so it had to be bad. You can check batteries to see if the are good. Mine is 10 years old and still fine. Rip off of an 80 year old lady.

SECOND of all, even after I tried to joke a little and say that if his help doesn't work, he gets paid anyway. He said, "Well kinda." That is NOT what you say in the service industry IF you care about your customers.

God is at the center of my life and I carry my values of love and care over into my business life as well. I also hold others to the values my standard as well.

I had a male friend come and try to help who knows nothing about vehicles and he got frustrated and gave up.

My car broke down on Interstate-90 near Fairmont. I called AAA, who connected me with Richard's. The tow truck arrived in a timely fashion, and the driver was a really nice guy. I had to wait around 2.5 hours in the 'showroom' for someone to come pick me up, and the staff, although nice, used very crude language and the 'showroom' was not nice at all. I was told I had a problem with my fuel pump and they would not be able to work on it until the following Monday. After spending $530 dollars on a new fuel pump, I got back on the road, and not but 20 minutes later did my car break down again on Interstate-90. Although there was a problem wrong with the fuel pump, they completely disregarded any attempt to see if anything else may have been wrong with the car. Not only did they not refund me any money, the people I spoke with on the phone when I told them what happend could not have cared one ounce less. There was no apology or any responsibility taken on their part for not diagnosing the car correctly. I will not be going back to this place, and unless the car is an easy-fix, I would highly not recommend anyone taking their car to this place either.

VERY SIMPLE ISSUE!!! TIRE CHANGE, lugs were stuck because an air gun was used to put on the tire two weeks ago and needed one to get them off.

I go outside to my car, the tire is flat. I am a VERY independent person and attempted the gig myself. Well, I know when something is over my head and it was.

I cannot remember the last time I was so disappointed in a service I never even used.

After telling the gentleman that information in an effort to help him be prepared, he hesitated to drive out to me because he was 20 miles away.

My son was in a horrible car wreck on Christmas night and when the tow truck driver came to pick the car up, he was beyond rude and very inconsiderate! Complaining his Christmas dinner was getting cold because he had to come out and do his damn job. We had the car keys in our pocket and the driver asked us, "where are the damn keys?" and "it's not like anyone is going to steal the damn car." I had all I could do to keep from hitting him. While my son was injured in the wreck, the driver was just a pure A-HOLE. And to tow the car 15 miles it cost us $300!!! I would never refer this company to anyone!!!

Maybe learn to treat all customers the same. You don't know what walk of life people came from or what people are going through, especially in a roadside type situation.

I'm still sitting without help because I would rather wait for another provider than to have your service. That's sad....

So, I called my last resort, my roadside assistance, knowing it was a ridiculous request but hoping someone would just come HELP me. That's all I have needed is help.

Reviews are either shoved down or cared about. I don't typically leave reviews but I am so upset I had to with this situation.

Went to Sturgis ,SD this August.I'm from Conn.On the way back one of the brake lines broke on my truck.I was on Int. 90.I called AAA and they sent out Richard's Auto.He towed my truck and trailer back to his garage. My truck was repaired and plus he did a oil change which i requested and was back on the road in less than 2 hrs.I have nothing but praise for Richard and his crew.Plus the bill was very fair. I highly recommend this garage.THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a girl knowing almost nothing about changing tires, I knew what the problem was and that it was an easy fix for someone with the right tool.

I would be VERY hesitant to use this company. They were going to be my service provider for my Roadside Assistance and when I received a call that the gentleman was on his way, I explained my issue.
